We founded Jada Lynn Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possibly can. To do
so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients
have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience
whenever they come to Jada Lynn Designs. Read our policies

it is received, for example encryption is used for certain information (such as credit card numbers).  Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage
is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your account information is protected by a password. It is
important that you protect against unauthorized access to your
account and information by choosing your password carefully and
by keeping your password and computer secure, such as by
signing out after using this site.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Typical processing time is 7-14 business days. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing items requiring personalization.  
Estimated Shipping Times

North America: 2-5 business days.  Actual delivery time will
depend on the shipping method you choose.  We are not responsible
for delays caused by our shipping carriers.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact us if you have  any problems with your order.

Shipping & Tracking

Most orders ship with tracking. If you have any issues, please
notify us within 5 days of receipt.For suspected lost mail, please
report to us within 10 days.
